Traditional American Snack to Revisit

Here is another easy, on-the-go snack with no fats, no carbs and no sugars.

No prep work involved. Just buy your favorite flavor jar of WHOLE pickles.

Eating the pickle spears aren't as fulfilling. Besides, the whole pickles travel better, too.

No refridgeration necessary.

I always try to have a jar of garlic dills on hand for those munchie attacks. That's my favorite flavor!

In HOT weather, pickles help replace the lost electrolytes sweated out. Must be why they help quench your thirst, too.

Stay away from "bread and butter" or other sweet pickles. We are trying to avoid the sugars, remember? (and the potato chips)
