The Apple Cider Vinegar Diet

The Apple Cider Vinegar Diet is just the idea of adding apple cider vinegar to one's diet. It's unproven reputation as a cure all has been around for hundreds of years.

What tests and trials have hinted at, is that it can be helpful for diabetics in controlling blood sugar levels.

It may also tend to lower high cholesterol.

In one study with rats, researchers found that adding apple cider vinegar to their diet lowered their high blood pressure.

White vinegar has been found to help with weight loss, by helping people feel more full with less food.

Personally, I added cider vinegar to my meal time to attempt better absorbtion of minerals from my food. I got better results with HCl pills for this purpose.

But, I was testing for something very specific. The other benefits were not even on my radar to notice it's effect on them.

This is so cheap, safe (it is really hard to chug a harmful amount!), and easy to try, why not give this diet a go?
