The 3 Day Diet



The 3 day diet is another restricted calorie diet based upon specific combinations of foods to be eaten over three days time. One then resumes eating normally, not overeating, for the next three or four days.

Then repeating the whole process over. Organic foods are encouraged and no pills are involved.

In this way one is supposed to lose 10 pounds in three days. Sometimes this diet might be called the Cleveland Clinic Diet.

The hard part to this crash diet is not to overeat or yo-yo on the off days.

Not recommended for diabetics. The bananas, ice cream, and saltine crackers in this diet can spike your blood sugar.
